Yes all of our plans are unlimited. Our plans are based on speed not data usage.
What is rNetworks coverage area?
High Speed Wireless Broadband serving D’Hanis, Hondo, Quihi, New Fountain, Sabinal, Utopia, Knippa, Concan, Frio Town, Uvalde, Chalk Bluff, Batesville, Cline, Montell, and surrounding areas. If you live within 20 miles of these areas please give us a call at (830) 580-3278 to see if we can serve you. We are expanding to new areas frequently. If you are in an area that we do not currently serve, please call us anyway. We are always working to expand our footprint and your area may be next on our list.
Does rNetworks throttle my speeds?

Can I provide my own router?
Yes you can provide you own router or you can purchase one from rNetworks.
What happens if there is a problem with my Internet connection?
Call us at (830) 580-3278 for assistance. If we cannot resolve over the phone we will dispatch a technician to assist.
Can I change my plan?
Yes, and we don’t charge you to upgrade and downgrade plans. The adjustments in plan will however result in a credit balance or a balance owed for the price difference for the plan chosen.
