rNetworks (“we,” “our,” or “us”) provides Internet access services to residential and commercial subscribers (“Services”). We are committed to providing our Services as an open platform for innovation, investment, job creation, economic growth, competition, and free expression.
Description of Service
Internet service will be provided to the Customer along with the use of rNetworks antenna equipment as long as internet services are being received by the Customer. If the service is discontinued by either the Customer or rNetworks, rNetworks reserves the right to retrieve any leased equipment and the antenna equipment.
Payment of Service
rNetworks will send an invoice via email for prepayment of services. Customer is encouraged to set up auto payments with either a debit/credit card or automatic bank withdrawal. Automatic payments are paid on the 26th of each month for the services to be provided. The installation charge and prorated amount for the first billed month of service is due the day of installation.
Invoices will be emailed out on the 21st of the month prior to which the services will be provided. Payments will be due on the 26th of the month for prepayment of services for the upcoming month. For payments not received by the 1st of the month in which services are to be rendered, services will be suspended until payment is received. Service Fees are not prorated for days suspended.

*If your account needs to be put on a hold, please make prior arrangements with rNetworks. A hold fee
will be applied to your account instead of your service plan fee.
It is the Customer’s responsibility to inform rNetworks of his/her most up-to-date email address, phone number, and billing information to avoid being suspended for non-payment/ late payment. If suspension occurs over the weekend or during non-business hours, we recommend customers log on to their account portal to update billing information and process payment. Services should be restored within a few minutes of payment being processed.
Company Changes in Service and Charges
Subject to applicable law, we have the right to change our service and equipment, prices, and fees at any time. We may also rearrange, delete, or add to our services provided. If the change affects you, we will notify you of the change and its effective date. The notice may be provided on your monthly invoice or by electronic mail notification. If you find the change(s) unacceptable you have the right to cancel your service. However, if you continue to receive service after the effect date of the change, we will consider this your acceptance of the change.
Upgrades and Downgrades in service will be provided at no additional charge other than the actual cost of the tiered service. You may obtain information about our current prices and fees by calling our office at 830-580-3278.
Termination of Service
You have the right to cancel your service for any reason at any time, by giving us notice. All accounts will be terminated at the end of the current month’s service. We do not refund for partial month’s services unless prior arrangements have been made.
If you fail to pay your bill when it is due, we have the right to terminate your service. You may not assign or transfer the service without our written consent. The individual policies and practices in this document will continue and apply to your rights and those of rNetworks after the end of your service.
Service and Equipment
rNetworks provides Wireless Internet networking solutions for Internet access. rNetworks is not responsible for problems with your individual computer equipment and peripherals, software purchased elsewhere or downloaded from the Internet, and/or wiring or delivery service of your side of our equipment. If you have trouble with any of the above mentioned equipment and require a service visit, a fee may be charged. You have five (5) days from the date of the service activation to obtain a satisfactory connection. If you are unable to obtain an acceptable connection in this period rNetworks will refund any charges already collected for service. If you do not notify us within the five (5) day period that you are not unable to make a satisfactory connection, for any reason, then the term of service will be considered to be fully binding.
rNetworks makes our best effort to provide you with high-quality service. We do not give refunds for service outages that occur for less than one week.
rNetworks is not liable of damages caused to you or your personal property by the equipment used for services due to misuse of the equipment or acts of weather, including but not limited to strong, damaging winds, rain, hail, etc. If the equipment is damaged due to negligence or misuse by the customer and requires a service visit, a service charge may be applied to your account.
Acceptable Use
Your rNetworks Internet service account provides you with direct access to the Internet. Use of these services is subject to the following policy. Violations of this policy may result in termination of your account in accordance with the policy stated herein and made available to you.

If it is determined that you are using your account in an irresponsible manner or in a manner deemed harmful to rNetworks network as a whole, then your account may be terminated immediately, without recourse.
